Persons Authorized to Apply

For consumption facilities, the owner of the place of use for which connection to the distribution system is requested, the real or legal persons who have possession of the place of use, or the real or legal persons authorized by them, apply to the distribution company in the distribution region where they are located, stating the date on which they request connection.

  • Internal Plumbing Inspection Documents (Starting Work, Completion of Work, Plumbing Compliance Certificate and Grounding Report)
  • Identity Card Photocopy
  • If a representative is coming, Power of Attorney (Must contain phrases such as GDZ Electricity or All Electricity Administrations etc.) (Photocopy)
  • If the real estate is located in a protected area, a permit to be obtained from the Site Board. (Photocopy)
  • Connection Opinion (If Expired, Extension Required.)
  • Single Line Diagram, Layout Plan, ENH Profile (Approved and Original or Like Original.)
  • Business Liability Service Agreement (EMO Approved)
  • Transformer Partnership Agreement / Consent Or Transformer Invoice and Test Report. (Photocopy)

  • Internal Plumbing Inspection Documents (Starting Work, Completion of Work, Plumbing Compliance Certificate and Grounding Report)
  • Company Signature Circular, Tax Information, Identity Card if Individual. (Photocopy)

  • Moreover; In accordance with the Greenhouse Registration System Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 25/06/2014 and numbered 29041, transactions are carried out according to the agricultural irrigation subscriber group if the person who is documented to be registered in the Greenhouse Registration System or a document from the Provincial/District Directorates of Agriculture is submitted regarding the greenhouse cultivation activity.

NOTE: Instead of a building occupancy permit for residential and commercial subscriber groups, documents obtained from the relevant authorities within the scope of Provisional Articles 11 and 16 of the Zoning Law No. 3194 and, in villages transformed into neighborhoods by Law No. 6360, Paragraph 14 of the Provisional Article 1 of Law No. 6360, can also be submitted.
