Two senior management appointments at Aydem Energy

Two key senior management appointments have been made at Aydem Energy, one of Türkiye’s leading integrated energy companies. Uğur Yüksel has been named General Manager of Aydem Renewables, Türkiye’s largest pure-play renewable energy company. Ahmet Bayramoğlu has been appointed General Manager of Aydem Energy’s electricity distribution companies, Gdz and Adm.

There have been changes in the general manager positions of the two subsidiaries of Aydem Energy, one of the largest integrated energy companies in Türkiye, operating across electricity generation, distribution and retail. As of January 1, Uğur Yüksel has assumed the role of General Manager of Aydem Renewables. Furthermore, under a new organizational structure, the management of Adm and Gdz Electricity Distribution companies within Aydem Energy has been unified into a single general directorate. With this restructuring, Ahmet Bayramoğlu has been appointed as the General Manager of Aydem Energy’s electricity distribution companies, both Gdz and Adm.

Uğur Yüksel, who has more than 30 years of experience in the energy, IT and defense sectors, contributed to the establishment of METU Teknokent, Türkiye’s first techno park. Previously serving as the Secretary General of ELDER – the Association of Electricity Distribution System Operators, Yüksel has been the General Manager of Gdz Electricity Distribution since joining Aydem Energy Group in 2018.  

Ahmet Bayramoğlu, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in the energy sector, has held various senior positions within Aydem Energy’s electricity distribution companies. Since 2019, he has been serving as the General Manager of Adm Electricity Distribution, which provides electricity distribution services in the provinces of Aydın, Denizli and Muğla.
