Gdz Elektrik is obliged to publish the quality indicators below, which are provided to the EPDK (Energy Market Regulatory Authority), for the area determined in the distribution license.

Commercial Quality

Regarding the energy sales and/or service delivery between users who wish to connect/are already connected to the distribution system, and the parties who offer services to these users under a connection agreement, retail sales contract or a bilateral agreement, Commercial Quality ensures that the relationship in all stages of this activity is carried out according to the standards to be determined by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority.

Supply Continuity Quality

Supply continuity quality is the distribution system’s capacity to meet the power demand of users at financially acceptable costs and with the least outage times and frequency possible.
